Drymax
The foremost requirement of good squeezing roll is that it should squeeze uniformly, universally and maximize drying and squeezing associated with it.

While our licosys rolls do exactly that but in certain cases the pores of Licosys body becomes a liability when choked. This situation has been addressed by our double layered Drymax rubber squeeze roll which are made on solid shafts and minimize distortion and maximize uniformity.

Drymax has top soft layer of 2-3 mm of 70 Shore A and is like a soft skin supported by a hard backup layer which keeps the soft skin intact without distorting under loads.

The soft skin penetrates the warp and wefts and ejects trapped liquids for better efficiency than a hard rubber roll and can be easily ground 3-4 times and with each grinding the efficiency is going up against a licosys type roll and the performance falls midway between a hard rubber and licosys roll.
