| Plastic sleeves are extremely hard and therefore mark resistant and are based on poly amide resins. These are used for calendering and one sided embossing, for linear loads upto 350 kg/cm and metal roll temperatures upto 210ºC with working speed upto 200m/min. |

| Most Hot, Wet & Chemical applications limit the use of hard bearings where one good possibility is to use our Mekton Teflon 53 bushes suitable for temp. resistance upto 2500C & absolute chemical resistance in corrosive baths along with very low coefficient of friction (0.1 - 0.2) with excellent wear resistance (recommended only for low speeds). |
