Shrinkable sleeves are available in standard range
a.
Nominal
Ø from25 mm 662 mm with wall thikness 0.5 mm.
b.
Length from 0.9 to 6.1 mts.
c.
Longer length are available on request (up to 10 mts.).
d.
Starting from Ø 5", wall thickness 0.75 - 1 - 1.5 - 2.3 mm.
Teflon shrinkable sleeves are available in two different materials : the choice depends from the working temperature and from the mechanical stress of the application.
a.
Teflon FEP upto 160 degree Celsius
b.
Teflon FEP HT upto 220 degree Celsius max. and / or for mechanical high stresses.
Available Types
Furthermore, incase of high mechanical stress or temperature, sleeves must be bonded on roll surface; in this case the inside diameter will be “etched” (bondable).
Installation:
We believe the correct fitting operation has to be considered the main point for a long lifetime and successful service of the shrinkable TEFLON sleeves.
This is the reason why we do prefer to make the installation work.
